Hello students of the Montreal Sejong Institute!
We are excited to introduce a new program where you can explore the beauty of Korean letters through traditional and modern art.
- Date & Time: Every Saturday, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Location: Montreal Sejong Institute, 3285 Boul. Cavendish, #200, Room 204.
- Fee: Free.
- Materials: Please bring your own coloring supplies.
Program Schedule:
- Session 1: Munja-do (May 16, 23, 30, 2026): Create traditional folk art by decorating Korean letters and making your own name stamp.
- Session 2: K-Calligraphy (June 6, 13, 20, 2026): Learn brush techniques to create poetry cards and bookmarks.
- Note: You may register for one session or both.
Special Benefit: Up to 5 students may be selected for a cultural trip to Korea if our institute is selected by the Sejong Institute Foundation.
